Written authorization

Services are performed only under an accepted written work order, proposal, contract, or other written authorization that identifies the scope, property, access authority, specifications, price or rate basis, and applicable limits. Website inquiries alone do not authorize entry or work.

Field-service limits

Occupancy and condition reports communicate factual observations requested by the client. Unless separately agreed and lawfully provided, they are not consumer home inspections, real-estate appraisals, engineering or environmental evaluations, title opinions, legal conclusions, debt collection, insurance adjusting, coverage determinations, causation opinions, or valuations.

Access and safety

Interior entry requires documented client authority and lawful access. Jupiter Coastal Construction may pause or decline work when authority, access, safety, occupancy, hazardous materials, personal property, or scope is disputed or unclear.

License status and service boundary

Florida credential CGC034021 is currently inactive. Jupiter Coastal Construction does not advertise, contract for, or perform work requiring active contractor licensure. The present service offering is limited to factual field observations, photographs, and client-directed documentation.
