Information you provide

Jupiter Coastal Construction may receive your name, business contact information, property address, work-order instructions, photographs, reports, access information, and other materials you choose or are authorized to provide.

How information is used

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate assignments, schedule and perform authorized field visits, prepare reports, document completion, process billing, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with service providers or approved personnel needed to complete an authorized assignment. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, property, rights, or security.

Data minimization and security

Please provide only information necessary for the assignment and only materials you are authorized to share. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
